Should we shift toward what this video advocates?

Does this video overlook anything?  Are their challenges it ignores?

What are the skills the next generation needs?  What will the next generation classroom/education be like?  How should education change?  How do you determine what skills are necessary?  Or rather what is the best way to determine which skills are necessary?
